Public Spaces / Front Office

  • Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
  • On arrival, we will record the temperature and guest information cards will be handed over to be filled. Upon satisfactory results the guests will receive a hand band for easy identification.
  • Hand washing stations and shoebath (sanitiser) will be placed at the reception.
  • Disposable paper towels will replace the standard towels for further safety.
  • A video demonstration will display on the TV and safety instructions will be available around the premises.
  • luggage will be sanitised and tagged accordingly before sending into rooms.
  • All the menus and the guidebooks will be sent via WhatsApp to avoid cross contamination.
  • Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. While our staff will adhere to the same protocols.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are being installed around the hotel premises, around working stations and public areas for the use of guests and hotel staff.

Accommodation

  • In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with recommended cleaning products/disinfectants. i.e- Portable device, hard surfaces of furniture, walls, doors, handles windows, bathroom fittings, guest information books, remote controls, door handles and entire floor etc.
  • Fresh towels will be provided in sealed paper bags.
  • Used linen will be washed in high temperature using recommended cleaning products and will prepare with extreme care and minimal human handling.

Restaurant/Bar

  • You will be escorted to the allocated tables
  • Hand wash and Hand sanitizer will be available throughout
  • Salt & pepper sachets will replace the salt & pepper shakers
  • We will minimise using garnishes to satisfy the food safety standards
  • Food will be served with covered plates with sufficient temperature.
  • Tables and chairs will be sanitised after each and every use
  • Room Service will be provided with covered trays and the staff will hand over the food at the door to avoid cross contamination.

General protocols

  • Hotel staff will be using proper PPE all times
  • Staff go through the same safety measures with the temperature check, hand wash, hand sanitiser and shoe wash before entering the restaurant.
  • The general areas will be sanitised regularly
  • Cash will be kept in a heated cash float.
  • Only in-house guests will be allowed to dine in at the restaurant
  • Staff will be allocated to certain areas and certain duties to control and to avoid cross contamination
  • Pens and signing pads to be sanitised after every use.
